Service Description

This class is for anyone 55 years and over who feels they need to work on functional movement to stay well and strong. The focus of this class is - Falls prevention - Strength and mobility for every day tasks - Goal oriented exercise - Coordination and balance in complex movement patterns This class provides a safe and supervised gym based rehabilitation program, run by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
